Proud2beblack.com is a racial equity campaign produced by Edutainment for Equity.
The goal of the campaign is to provide extensive resources to educators, artists, teachers, youth development workers, and parents interested specifically in the education and development of Black youth. This platform will provide curriculum, professional development opportunities, online resources, trainings, pedagogy, and additional tools designed to assist anyone working with Black children.
The methodologies, pedagogical frameworks, and practices are based on the extensive educational and professional experiences of the leaders of this campaign, and its programs.
This platform is the access point to Young Gifted and Black of Oakland the flag ship program of Proud2beblack.com.

Feb 10 - Creative Work Experience: Critical Conversation @ Impact HUB
African American Education is in crisis. The challenges faced by youth, parents, educators and scholars who are concerned about the education of our community often seem insurmountable. In our Inaugural Institute, as part of the Life is Loving Festival, Edutainment for Equity presents the Creative Work Experience: Critical Conversation ft. world renowned scholars, educators, activists and artists in a round table strategy sessions to explore successes, solutions and possibilities for the future. This conversation will also include exclusive artistic presentations to help guide the conversation including performances from Young Gifted and Black of Oakland, Youth Speaks, and others.
